Lemongrass
A yellow, amber or reddish brown oil, with
a fresh, grassy citrus scent. Refreshing and stimulating.
Uses: Acne, athlete's foot, headaches, muscular pain, poor
circulation, insect repellant, colitis, indigestion, nervous exhaustion,
stress related conditions.
Methods: Vaporisation.
Cautions: May cause sensitization in some people - use
with care.
