Ginger
A yellowy green oil, with a warm, spicy-woody
aroma. Has a strong stimulating effect on the entire system. The
women of Senegal wore ginger in their belts to arouse their husbands!
Uses: Arthritis, coughs, indigestion, muscular pain and
rheumatism. Traditionally used as an aphrodisiac.
Methods: Bath (3 drops only), Massage, Vaporisation.
Cautions: Use in moderation due to possible skin irritation.
Not suitable for young children.
