Camphor
A penetrating, stimulating colourless oil with a sharp pungent
aroma. Traditionally used as a preventative against contagious
and respiratory disease. Main ingredient in moth balls.
Uses: Bronchitis, colds, coughs, fever,
flu, infectious disease and insect repellant.
Methods: Vaporisation.
Caution: Use in moderation, due to toxicity levels. Not
to be used in conjunction with homeopathy, or by young children.
