Body Masks

Revive and renew tired bodies with this fruity mask.
- Paw Paw and Clay Body Mask - take 3 tablespoons kaolin, 3 tablespoons
mashed paw paw and 10 drops of Bergamot
essential oil. Mash the paw paw and mix with other ingredients.
Apply to the skin for 15-20 minutes, then rinse and remove with
warm water.
- Fresh fruit makes excellent facial or body masks. Straight from
your greengrocer or supermarket - try strawberries, cucumbers,
bananas, grapes, tomatoes, watermelons, apples, citrus fruits,
passion fruits, peaches, pears pineapples and paw paws. They're
chock full of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, natural sugars, proteins
and much more. Simply mash or grate the fruit and drain the juice
off. Then it can be mixed with flour (corn, wheat, potato or lentil),
clay or kaolin to make into a paste, and apply to the face. (see
