Payment and Delivery

Methods
of Payment
- Secure on line ordering via a credit or debit card.
- Cheques made payable to Aromagifts.
(Orders will be despatched after cheque clearance.)
Delivery
- We use ParcelForce International, Recorded Datapost, which
normally takes between 3 and 5 working days for delivery (this
is fast, reliable and is a 'signed for' door to door service)
- We offer UK Next Day Delivery Service, for an extra charge of
£8.00 - (please note this service is only available for items
which we hold in stock) Simply choose 'UK Next Day Delivery' from
the drop down menu within the Shopping Basket.
Exports
- For Overseas Delivery inside the EU, we have a charge of £10.00
- For Overseas Delivery outside the EU, we have a charge of £12.00
- Orders can be made via our secure online shopping site, or
alternatively you can call +44 (0) 1509 600433, or by post (see
Customer Service section for details of how to contact us)
- Please note that for export orders we have to charge a percentage
of the postage to the cost of your order. Of course, we are happy
to quote or pro-forma before dispatch. Please allow for this when
ordering.
- For countries where the cost of postage seems to be rather
high, we are happy to pursue the most competitive charge for carriage
and give a quote for the total cost of your order. For all exports
we operate on payment with order system. Please note any bank
charges incurred are payable by the client.
Acknowledgement of Orders
- All orders will be acknowledged via e-mail, or via post where
the e-mail address is unobtainable.
Confidentiality
- All customer details are kept private & confidential and are
not passed onto any third parties.
Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Aromagifts, you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt in a
saleable condition for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs will only be refunded where we have sent
the wrong goods in error or goods are faulty or in an unsatisfactory
condition.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm. Calls will
be charged at the normal rate.
Customer Complaints
- Every effort is made to ensure that our products are made to
the highest standard. Please always remember that essential oils
are a natural product and hence may differ in appearance and fragrance
from time to time.
- Should you be at all unhappy with our service for any reason,
do not hesitate to call and we will ensure your complaint is dealt
with in the best possible way.
- We aim to be fair, effective and confidential in dealing with
any comments about our services
- We aim to acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days, to
keep the customer informed of progress, and to resolve the situation
as soon as possible.
- We always appreciate feedback from customers as this helps us
discover which services are working well, and which we need to
improve.

Any information we collect is for sole use by Aromagifts
and is never passed or sold to third parties.
Any information we collect is done so lawfully and in accordance
with the Data Protection Act of 1998
Information collected is that which is given at the time of
ordering, enquiring via email or entering our competitions. It
is for the sole use of our company and will be used for promotional
purposes only.
- Should you not wish to receive information on our promotions,
you should inform us via email or in writing, and your details
will be removed from our database.
The terms and conditions above do not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
