Fantastic Feet
|
- First and foremost - try Aromagifts's Fantastic
Foot Cream ! A soothing blend of Lavender, Neroli, Frankincense and
Peppermint.
- Blisters ? Dab blisters regularly with a couple of drops of
Lavender oil.
This will help dry them up and heal quickly.
- Try this super foot scrub - Take 2 tablespoon crushed pumice
foot stone, 1 tablespoon Kaolin, 1 tablespoon Honey, 1 tablespoon
Sweet Almond Oil, 1 ½ tablespoon purified water, 25 drops Lemon
essential oil, 10 drops Pine
essential oil, 10 drops Citrus Seeds extract. Mix the
crushed pumice stone and Kaolin so that they are mixed evenly
together. Add the water, then the almond oil and honey and mix
into a smooth paste. Finally add the essential oils and citrus
seed extract. Store in a clean jar. To use, soak the feet first
so that the skin of the feet is soft, then massage the foot scrub
all over them to remove any rough bits.
- For a soothing foot bath, add 25 drops Lavender
oil, 10 drops Juniper
oil, 10 drops Geranium
oil, 15 drops Spearmint oil to 100mls of dispersing bath
oil. Use two teaspoons in a basin of warm water to soak and soothe
the feet. Alternatively, instead of the oil - use epsom salts,
but you will need to store the salts for approximately a week
before using to allow the oils to work their way throughout the
epsom salts. When complete, add one tablespoon of the salts to
a basin of warm water.
