Wheat bag can also be sprinkled with essential oils AFTER coming out of the microwave. Try gentle Mandarin or Lavender oil for relaxing at bedtime

This toy has a separate wheat bag accessible through the velcro fastening on its back. Before heating remove the bag from the toy and microwave the bag only.
